The grease must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and technical regulation that were applied during manufacture of the grease samples have passed tests with positive results. Acceptance rules 1б.1 The grease is taken in batches. A batch is considered to be a quantity of grease weighting up to 500 kg produced during continuous technological cycle, homogeneous on the quality indicators and component composition, accompanied by a quality document. N 3). 1б.2 The volume of samples is determined according to GOST 2517. 1б.3 If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least one indicator, repeated tests are performed on a newly selected sample take from the same sample. Packing, labeling, storage and transportation 3.1 Packing, labeling, transportation and storage of the VNII NP-263 grease is carried out according to GOST 1510. The grease is packed in banks made of white tin with capacity up to 1 dm. When packing of the grease in cans the labeling can be made with stamp on the lid, or on the bottom of the can. Manufacturer’s guarantee 4.1 The manufacture guarantees the conformity of the VNII NP-263 grease in accordance with the requirements of this standard if storage, application(exploitation) and transportation conditions by the consumer are met.
